Unknown Male Adult Dog is a background character on Arthur. He resembles Binky Barnes but has red skin and is older. His first appearance was in Francine's Split Decision where he attended Seth's bar mitzvah. He also appeared in Family Fortune where he was the one to have the $30,000 chair. He probably friends with the frensky family or is Jewish.
