Season 15, Episode 1 (Fifteen)
Arthur:[narrating] Do you ever feel that you're always in a rush?
Jane Read:[calling] Arthur, hurry up! You're gonna be late for school!
Buster: Arthur, you've got 15 seconds!
Arthur: But I want to start the game!
Buster: Not for the game. The show has to start. See? 15, 14, 13,
Arthur: It can't start already!

Mr. Haney [speaking on P.A.]: We have something very special, we would like to introduce you
our very own George Lundrain
[Miss Tingley whispers]
Mr. Haney: Thank you, Miss Tingley. George Lundgren will be appearing on a radio quiz show called 15 Minutes of Fame, and he will be playing for a total of $500.
Arthur: Congratulations, George. How did get to appear?
Mr. Ratburn: Remember class, your art history reports are due tomorrow.
Buster: Do we still get merit points for everyone who turns in their reports?
Mr. Ratburn: Yes, and for everyone who turns it in will have 15 merit points.
Francine: And then, we'll break the 500 mark.
Binky: And that means....
All: No Homework Day!
[Buster Speaks Dutch]
Arthur: What does that mean?
Buster: It means "Good moring, how are you?'" in Dutch. I made it up while I did my report. Did you know-
Buster: What's wrong?
Arthur: My report on Michelangelo, it's at home.
Buster: Oh no. If you don't hand it in, we won't get No Homework Day. Knowing Ratburn, he'll probably turn into Extra Homework Day.
[flashback starts, Mr. Ratburn pulls a wheelbarrow of homework.]
[dreadful music plays]
Mr. Ratburn [angrily]: Muffy, learn French by tomorrow!
[Muffy groans]
Mr. Ratburn: Binky, write a novel, and don't use the internet!
[Binky groans]
Mr. Ratburn: If Arthur didn't turn his report in on time, things would be very different!
[Class starts looking mad at Arthur]
Arthur: I, I was in a hurry! I said I was sorry!
[flashback ends]
Buster: You have time! Go!
David Read: Uh oh, Jane! Arthur left his report here. He said if he didn't turn it in there would be big trouble!
