L.A.D. is a life like automated father. He is made of dummy parts and pieces from the robotic cat Buster saved
from the tree (Buster Baxter, Cat Saver ). It can stand, sit and read a newspaper. But it can only say "Meow". It did not last very long, it broke down right after.
