D.W.'s Backpack Mishap is the second half of the sixth episode from Season 6 of Arthur, which debuted on October 29, 2001 along with Citizen Frensky.
Premise
All of a sudden it starts to rain at the public pool, and everybody rushes to get out, and D.W. grabs the wrong backpack. She goes in search of the mysterious "OM BLE" who she believes is a backpack thief.
