A dognapper appeared in "Buster the Myth Maker." He had been kidnapping dogs at Turkey Hill Park for a year, until Arthur and Buster caught him with a trap. At the end of the episode, he was caught and sent to jail. He is a gray dog who wears camouflage. Why he was dognapping dogs from Elwood City is unknown.
