Nigel Ratburn's House is the home to the Lakewood Elementary School third grade teacher Mr. Ratburn. It is located in Elwood City and is a few blocks away from Lakewood Elementary School.
Rooms
Although Mr. Ratburn's house is only shown in certain episodes of the series, it features a workshop in the garage, a living room, a bathroom, his own bedroom, a study, a kitchen, and some more rooms. His workshop is used to design and remodel puppets (although he managed to fix Thora Read's doll Clarissa in the episode Clarissa is Cracked), and building shelves among other things. The study also has a desk with a computer.

Pets
He has two pet goldfish, named Vladimir and Estragon after two characters in the play "Waiting for Godot."
