Dr Rhymenstein was a scientist that was the father of Clementine and creator of the Purple Orange, in the dream of Binky Barnes.
He is a brown rat like Nigel Ratburn, however, unlike Mr Ratburn, he speaks in rhyme just like all citizens of Verseburg. He lives in a mansion.
