-*It's hard to judge because we don't have any rules on chat mod requirements (unlike being a rollback user, etc.), but I think you'd at least have to had actually been on chat several times and be a steady editor (with edits that are actually constructive, as I have yet to see this). Chat isn't what it used to be; it's rarely used, and when it is used, there's usually at least one admin. If there chat was used without admins, and there needed to be a moderator, then I'd reconsider.
