When the Tibble Twins get the set of drums and D.W. deside to try. "Can I try?" asked D.W. but Tommy won't let D.W. try. "No way," said Tommy. "Go play with your baby toy." D.W. thinks about to mess up the world. The drum sticks cracking, then the metal clanking and their drums are broke. "Our drums!" shouted Tommy. "What happened?" asked Timmy. and they both start to cry. The world is mess up. Arthur is playing with a piano. "I'll never be as loud as D.W.!" cried Arthur. and he start to cry. his mom tells D.W. she doesn't take everything she wants. Arthur, Buster, Francine and Fern are having lessons. then D.W. plays the drums. Francine calls D.W. to stop. D.W. finds something for the show. Tommy and Timmy can't stop playing, so D.W. came to the show. D.W. knews that the Tibbles are right. David and Jane are gasp. will D.W. stop playing with the drums?
When Fern Buster Arthur and francine and DW Discover  the Tibble Twins got a set of drums for the Summer Serenade and D.W. decidesde to try. "Can I try?" asked D.W. but Tommy won't let D.W. try. Then DW Dreams of her getting a set and messing up All of Elwood city. However Jane says no, then DW Dreams about everybody booing at her at the Summer Serenade. So She Decides to come up with her own type of instrument. She gathers all of the things she needs  Some of them being:
 
A Kitchen Timer
 
A rubber Duck
 
A Newtons cradle
 
A Toy ferris wheel
 
one Of her Dolls
 
A Bicycle Bell
 
Bottles
 
And Kate's Rattle
 
And A Soda Can full of soda
 
And then She Combines them in one thing and is prepared to go to Summer Serenade. However, Due to the tibble twins playing randomly, many people plan to leave. But when DW Starts, Arthur feels humiliated but the audience liked it. At the End of the song DW Shakes the Soda can and soda sprays everywhere and the timer ends. The Tibble Twins then want DW's to teach them how to play her instrument and DW Says that she's gonna build a bigger one
