He was among the audience in Arthur's flashback of the Dental Hygiene Orchestra.[3]

He appears when D.W. decides that she wants to lose a tooth. Arthur and D.W.'s mom takes both of them to see Dr. Sozio, and Arthur plays with Dr. Sozio's fake mouth, making fun of the echoy sound it emits whenever you talk into it.
