Nigel Ratburn is a fictional character and the main third-grade teacher at Lakewood Elementary School. He gives out a lot of math and homework to the kids in class.
Nigel is of Iranian descent, though he moved to America as a young ratling fortuitously avoiding the 2003 American invasion. This is why he gives so much maths homework.
