Summary
Arthur and DW aren't sure they can survive without TV and airconditioning when a blackout hits Elwood City on the hottest day of the year, until they can learn about how Vicita and her family deal with the heat, as they did often in Ecuador. When the power eventually returns, Mr. Molina turns off the lights so they can continue the Fiesta they threw during the Blackout.
