He has had only two speaking roles so far in the episodes Arthur Goes to Camp and Arthur's Big Hit. Arthur Goes to Camp and Arthur's Big Hit were his most significant roles.

How he came to know Binky is unknown since in Arthur Goes to Camp he was completely against him and never hung out with him until the episode Arthur Writes a Story where he is with Rattles in that episode.

He was also at one time at Mighty Mountain before he along with several other kids were transferred periodically to Lakewood, which most likely occured after the episode Arthur Goes to Camp. As for his personality he is mostly a bully and his family has never been shown ever in the series.
Appearance
4th Grade Male Dog is a brown dog and wears dark gray jeans and wears an orange shirt and has a dog collar armband on his wrist. He wears blue and white colored high tops.
