He hasn't had a speaking role yet. As for any friends he hangs out with third graders and fourth graders just like the main and minor characters.

He mostly hangs out with the [[4th Grade Male Rat (Number 2)]]. He is generally nice to the kids and is in the same fourth grade class as Prunella, though it's unknown if he is friends with Prunella.

Not only that he was in the same kindergarden class as Prunella and most if not all of the other unnamed fourth graders that were in the kindergarden class.
==Appearance==
4th Grade Male Rat is a light gray rat that wears a yellow shirt with blue stripes, blue jeans, and green and white sneakers.

In the episode [[Buster's Special Delivery]] he is seen wearing a blue shirt with yellow stripes, and black jeans, and most likely the same green and white colored sneakers. He also has short brown hair that runs from the top of his head all the way to the back of his neck.
