Golden Delicious Honey Squid is a breakfast cereal that Arthur and D.W. saw a commercial of in "Arthur's Almost Boring Day." They both stuck out their tongues in disgust and said "bleagh", meaning that they don't like it. It may or may not have real squid, being a cereal.
It is a parody of Honey Smacks.
The boy in the commercial eating the cereal is Adil, Arthur's pen pal from Turkey.
