Personality

Arthur disliked her the most, because she was very strict and would force kids to go to bed, especially when it was daytime and they weren't tired.

History

While carrying groceries, she once paid Buster when he helped her out.[1] In "Citizen Frensky," she was seen working at the Elwood City Times. She makes cameos in many other episodes as well.
