Bailey, previously known as James, is a fictional character and Muffy's butler and chauffeur. He gives good advice and has a British accent. He is very good at art and built many sculptures for Muffy's art show in "Muffy's Art Attack". He does everything he's told, even driving the limo in a dangerous fashion.
