James Hound is a character in the James Hound movie series and an obvious parody of real-life fictional character James Bond . Arthur and his friends find the movies really cool, even if they aren't old enough to see it. Arthur and his friends, not being able to see it, create their own version of the movie, with Arthur as James Hound.
