This might not work on every computer, but I found an Australian website that had most of the second half of Season 18's episodes. I actually found this website about a month ago, but back then it said "These videos are only available to watch in Australia". I just checked again today, but this time I could actually watch them!
I've already watched "Shelter from the Storm"...really good.
