The Elwood City Public Library is Elwood City's public library. It is located in Northwest Elwood City. It is seen in a various amount of episodes. It's first major role was in "Locked in the Library!" where Arthur and Francine got locked in the library after their argument.
It's where everybody reads and checks out the latest "Henry Skreever" and It "Scare Your Pants Off" book series, and it's also where Binky looks at pictures of pretty flowers. It is the main place in the "Library Card" song. The librarian is Ms. Paige Turner.
