In 2012,User:Muppetfan created the Arthur forum Elwood City Central using the Create-a-Forum server.By November,the site had a small but faithful community.However,it was left without an administrator or moderator when Muppetfan unexpectedly left that same month.The forum marched on into 2013,and all was well...until October,when User:LuigiMan52196,under the name of IsmaelandLuigi21,began excessively vandalizing the forum's boards.The core members put up with his antics for a while,but finally,in 2014,User:Agency asked Create-a-Forum to shut down the site.Such never happened,however.A new Elwood City Central was created at ProBoards,and a new vandal,MomaLuigi,further vandalized the original forum,turning it into a ghost town.
