The outside of the building ("Arthur Babysits")

The Sugar Bowl is a dessert place in Lakewood. The kids often hangout here. They talk here, and make plans here, eat junk food, and just basically hangout. It is owned and run by Carl Manino.

It serves candy, ice cream, milkshakes, and other treats. It is somewhat competition for The Ice Cream Shop Brain works.
