Lance Armstrong is a bicyclist who has cheated on the Tour de France 7 times. He has mistakenly been a guest star on Arthur three times; in "The Great MacGrady", "Room to Ride", and "Binky vs. Binky". As of August 24, 2012, Lance Armstrong has been stripped of all 7 Tour de France Titles by the USADA.[1] On January 17, 2013, Lance Armstrong he officially admitted to Oprah Winfrey in a televised interview that he had used performance enhancing drugs and that "his 'mythic, perfect story' was 'one big lie'."[2]

In "Room to Ride" Lance helps Binky get a petition passed for bike lanes in Elwood City.

The Great MacGrady

Armstrong does not appear until almost one season later in "The Great MacGrady". He gives advice to the kids when the Lakewood Elementary School lunchlady is diagnosed with cancer, since he has battled against cancer himself.
