Pluto TV is an advertiser-supported video-on-demand (AVOD) service owned and operated by Paramount Global. It primarily offers a selection of programming content through digital linear channels designed to emulate the experience of traditional broadcast programming. They collabrated with Vizio in 2019 and is put on Vizio Watchfree app. In August 2022, Pluto TV in the UK added a 24/7 Arthur channel.[1] In June 30th 2023, the Canadian Pluto TV added a 24/7 Arthur channel two days prior to its announcement on July 2nd.[2]
