My recollection of ''Arthur'' on TV from when I was a child is as follows. I can still remember specific quotes from the ''Arthur'' promos on PBS from the 90s ("I'm not made of money, I'm made of fur!" -Buster). My earliest memory of a "new" episode was probably the Pizza Paula pizza competition in "Sleep No More" from Season 5. I also remember liking the new, brightened color palette and improved animation with Season 6, and of course the remixed credits music at the end. My brother and I were both big fans of the show during the time of the Vote-a-rama, so we both voted for our favorite episode in that event. By Season 9, I could identify that I did not like the new voices, but I still enjoyed the show and continued to watch. I printed out the Crazy 10s checklist when Season 10 came out and searched for the 10s. During Seasons 12 through 15, I realized I was a little "too cool" for ''Arthur'' (yeah, right) and kind of drifted away from the series. But, I continued watching here and there after school and watched a lot of leaked episodes online. I came back to the show when the new Flash-style animation began in Season 16.

Nowadays, I maintain a collection of DVR'd episodes. I have >98% of the all episodes saved from PBS broadcasts, mostly in HD with closed captions. I've also researched each episode's air date back to 1996 as seen on PBS, and I keep a detailed record of broadcast information.
