:The interstital program is the segment that seperates the two 11 minutes episodes of Arthur. It used to be "A Word from Us Kids", but now I think its "Postcards from You". It also does random ones every once and a while. Like "A Word from A Fireman"? or something like that.
:The opening intertitle is the part where a character reads the title of the episode as well as showing some animated segment.
