I don't think the character pictured is Mr. Sanders. Mr. Sanders appears in "Feeling Flush" and is referred to by name but he doesn't look anything like that in "Feeling Flush." Look at minutes 3:22-3:27 at [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SIQv0JUHYdc].
