I don't think an importer user right is necessary. The agreement at the time, as far as I know, was that the content from back then would be imported, not necessarily new stuff now. However, you did inspire me to make a new template at [[Template:Fandom]] that can be applied to articles from the original Fandom wiki. Thank you for helping!
